This Equity Guide provides details on the social and emotional challenges that youth face when they consider careers in STEM, specifically computer science learning and careers, and how you as an educator can help youth overcome those challenges.

The guide was designed for active reading, so it works best if you are doing the activities as you read along. The guide will serve as a reference after you've used it in professional development sessions or on your own. Active reading of this guide will generate equity insights that you can employ with the youth you serve.
